How to order from
PETTAV
- 1. MEASUREMENTS AND DESIGN
Your ready to get started. We’ll start off identifying the rough openings and measurements where your new Custom Steel Doors, Windows, or Gates will be installed.
Next, we create CAD drawings based on inspirational images or sketches provided. We can also provide ideas if requested.
An order form will be made available. It contains all the steps and requirements to place your order. Please request via the contact page in (Your Message) or email us at Sales@PETTAV.com.
- 2. PRODUCTION
A production quote is now sent for your review. This quote includes the total production cost along with the deposit amount for your order. Once you authorize us to proceed next is the design phase. During this phase, we´ll include a draft of your order for you to review. If possible, we recommend that you review the designs with your contractor or designer if one is available for your project. Production now begins. Updates on the production progress of your order are available as scheduled via video, photo, and email reports when requested.
- 3. SHIPPING
Your order has been created and ready to be sent to you. You will be contacted two weeks before the completion date to schedule delivery of your Custom Steel Doors or Steel Windows. We then coordinate with your installation team for the best times and dates to do so.
